Em mais uma iniciativa a fim de viabilizar recursos para a sa\u00fade p\u00fablica, o deputado estadual George Takimoto (PDT) e o deputado federal Vander Loubet (PT) reuniram-se na segunda-feira (23) com o superintendente regional da Caixa Econ\u00f4mica Federal (CEF), Paulo Antunes, para explicar e defender uma proposta que pode oxigenar o or\u00e7amento da sa\u00fade p\u00fablica. Os parlamentares sugerem a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de um concurso lot\u00e9rico espec\u00edfico para arrecadar fundos destinados \u00e0 melhoria do atendimento e \u00e0 moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o do sistema de sa\u00fade p\u00fablica nos munic\u00edpios.<\/p>\n

“Desde o in\u00edcio do mandato venho defendendo essa ideia com o Vander. Ele \u00e9 um deputado atuante e desfruta de bom tr\u00e2nsito em Bras\u00edlia, o que \u00e9 importante, j\u00e1 que \u00e9 prerrogativa exclusiva da Uni\u00e3o legislar sobre cons\u00f3rcios e sorteios\u201d, disse Takimoto. A proposta, explicou, \u00e9 simples: instituir uma loteria, similar \u00e0s que s\u00e3o geridas pela CEF, com a diferen\u00e7a que em vez de carrear receita para o esporte contemple o sistema p\u00fablico de sa\u00fade.<\/p>\n

M\u00e9dico h\u00e1 47 anos, com especializa\u00e7\u00e3o em Cl\u00ednica geral, Cirurgia Geral e Geriatria, Takimoto entende que se os recursos gerados pela loteria n\u00e3o forem suficientes para resolver todos os problemas, ao menos contemplar\u00e3o demandas b\u00e1sicas, como equipar, reformar e manter os exames complementares para diagn\u00f3sticos e tratamento.<\/p>\n

Vander endossa a confian\u00e7a nos resultados da proposta. A seu ver, seria mais uma forma de viabilizar mais recursos sem a necessidade de, por exemplo, criar um novo imposto. “Defendemos que seja institu\u00eddo um projeto-piloto dessa loteria em Mato Grosso do Sul. Se o Governo Federal julgar vi\u00e1vel, essa medida poder\u00e1 ser replicada em todo o Brasil”, concluiu Vander.<\/p>\n
