As elei\u00e7\u00f5es de 2014, nas quais a presidente Dilma foi reconduzida \u00e0 Presid\u00eancia da Rep\u00fablica, foi uma elei\u00e7\u00e3o dif\u00edcil em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s anteriores, onde o nosso governo de conquistas, em que pese os grandes avan\u00e7os alcan\u00e7ados nos \u00faltimos anos, por pouco n\u00e3o foi interrompido. E fomos vitoriosos tanto com Dilma quanto com a elei\u00e7\u00e3o da maior bancada na C\u00e2mara Federal, com 69 deputados. Mas os eleitores emitiram sinais vis\u00edveis de insatisfa\u00e7\u00e3o, que por si s\u00f3 exigiriam reflex\u00f5es e mudan\u00e7as da nossa parte nas a\u00e7\u00f5es governamentais e pol\u00edticas do governo e do PT.<\/p>\n

Contudo, se fomos vitoriosos em outubro passado, ontem sofremos uma derrota vergonhosa na elei\u00e7\u00e3o da Mesa Diretora da C\u00e2mara, por inapet\u00eancia e desarticula\u00e7\u00e3o na condu\u00e7\u00e3o pol\u00edtica do governo, que nos levou a ficar de fora da Dire\u00e7\u00e3o da Casa, mesmo tendo a maior bancada junto com o PMDB.<\/p>\n

Uma parte da bancada do PT (da qual fa\u00e7o parte) sempre apostou na constru\u00e7\u00e3o de uma chapa \u00fanica entre PT e PMDB, pois essa alian\u00e7a tinha sido exitosa nos \u00faltimos anos, tanto nas a\u00e7\u00f5es parlamentares quanto nas rela\u00e7\u00f5es com o Executivo, apesar dos conflitos de vis\u00f5es e interesses, que s\u00e3o inerentes \u00e0 a\u00e7\u00e3o pol\u00edtica. A estrat\u00e9gia de enfrentamento com o PMDB, partido aliado, que participa de nosso governo com seis minist\u00e9rios, demonstrou-se um desastre para o governo e para nosso partido.<\/p>\n

Se n\u00e3o bastassem as pondera\u00e7\u00f5es de muitos l\u00edderes e experientes parlamentares da base e do nosso partido sobre a import\u00e2ncia da constru\u00e7\u00e3o de uma chapa de consenso, tamb\u00e9m entrou em cena o ex-presidente Lula, que at\u00e9 a v\u00e9spera das elei\u00e7\u00f5es tentou evitar o enfrentamento entre PT e PMDB. Entretanto, o processo j\u00e1 tinha rumos praticamente irrevers\u00edveis e muitas pontes pol\u00edticas foram destru\u00eddas, impossibilitando, assim, uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o negociada.<\/p>\n

O governo da presidente Dilma teve a coragem de fazer as necess\u00e1rias mudan\u00e7as na condu\u00e7\u00e3o da economia brasileira no sentido de preservar e ampliar os grandes avan\u00e7os que tivemos no pa\u00eds nos \u00faltimos anos. \u00c9 importante apoiarmos e defendermos essa a\u00e7\u00e3o, por mais duras que pare\u00e7am. Mas n\u00e3o podemos concordar com a condu\u00e7\u00e3o pol\u00edtica e com a falta de di\u00e1logo com os parlamentares da base aliada. Essa forma de fazer a articula\u00e7\u00e3o pol\u00edtica demonstrou-se inepta e deve ser revista.<\/p>\n

Por mais curioso que possa parecer, nossa derrota s\u00f3 n\u00e3o foi maior porque o deputado Eduardo Cunha (PMDB-RJ) venceu no primeiro turno. Caso tiv\u00e9ssemos um segundo turno, Cunha receberia o apoio maci\u00e7o da oposi\u00e7\u00e3o, notadamente do PSDB, o que tornaria a derrota da nossa chapa ainda mais vergonhosa e, naturalmente, colocaria o nosso aliado PMDB num flerte muito mais efetivo com a oposi\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Entendo, finalmente, que o PT e o governo necessitam de uma an\u00e1lise profunda do ocorrido e de uma readequa\u00e7\u00e3o na forma de conduzirmos as a\u00e7\u00f5es pol\u00edticas, de tal sorte a n\u00e3o ficarmos isolados e pass\u00edveis de sofrermos derrotas similares no futuro.<\/p>\n
