De acordo com o diretor-geral da ANTT, Jorge Bastos, o trecho da ferrovia est\u00e1 em Processo de Manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o de Interesse (PMI).<\/p>\n<p>O PMI \u00e9 um instrumento previsto no Decreto n\u00ba 5.977, de 1\u00ba de dezembro de 2006, pelo qual o setor p\u00fablico obt\u00e9m, de consultores externos ou das empresas interessadas em disputar futuros contratos de concess\u00e3o, estudos de viabilidade sobre projetos de infraestrutura. O PMI funciona como uma complementa\u00e7\u00e3o dos estudos realizados pelo setor p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEssa \u00e9 provavelmente a \u00faltima etapa antes que o Governo prepare o edital de concess\u00e3o dessa ferrovia. \u00c9 uma obra muito aguardada pelo setor produtivo do nosso estado porque vai dinamizar a log\u00edstica, vai agilizar o escoamento da nossa produ\u00e7\u00e3o para os grandes portos do pa\u00eds. E isso \u00e9 fundamental para reduzir o custo com frete, para baratear o pre\u00e7o final dos produtos que s\u00e3o exportados por MS\u201d, pontuou Vander.<\/p>\n\r\n                <style \n<p><strong>Interliga\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> \u2013 Em Mato Grosso do Sul, dois lotes fazem parte das concess\u00f5es a serem leiloadas pelo Governo Federal: a ferrovia Estrela d\u2019Oeste\/SP-Dourados\/MS e a ferrovia Maracaju\/MS-Lapa\/PR.<\/p>\n<p>O projeto da ferrovia An\u00e1polis-Estrela d\u2019Oeste-Panorama-Dourados tem uma extens\u00e3o aproximada de 1.300 km. A concess\u00e3o do servi\u00e7o p\u00fablico de explora\u00e7\u00e3o da ferrovia vai compreender a constru\u00e7\u00e3o apenas do trecho Estrela D\u2019Oeste-Panorama-Dourados, j\u00e1 que o trecho An\u00e1polis-Estrela d\u2019Oeste (681,6 km) est\u00e1 em constru\u00e7\u00e3o pela Valec, empresa p\u00fablica controlada pelo Minist\u00e9rio dos Transportes.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m de Dourados, o tra\u00e7ado deve passar pelos munic\u00edpios sul-mato-grossenses de Deod\u00e1polis, Ang\u00e9lica, Nova Andradina, Bataguassu, Santa Rita do Pardo, Brasil\u00e2ndia, Tr\u00eas Lagoas e Eldorado.<\/p>\n<p>A ferrovia An\u00e1polis-Dourados ser\u00e1 integrada \u00e0 Ferrovia Norte-Sul, cujo trecho, quando completo, vai interligar o interior do Brasil aos portos de Bel\u00e9m (PA), S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds (MA), Santos (SP), Rio de Janeiro (RJ) e Rio Grande (RS). Al\u00e9m disso, futuramente, a Norte-Sul deve se conectar \u00e0 Ferrovia Ferroeste e essa interliga\u00e7\u00e3o atingir\u00e1 tamb\u00e9m o Porto de Paranagu\u00e1 (PR).<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e1 a concess\u00e3o da ferrovia Maracaju-Lapa envolve a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de 989 km de trilhos. O trecho integrar\u00e1 justamente a Ferroeste, que cruza o Paran\u00e1 de leste a oeste, e permitir\u00e1 a inteliga\u00e7\u00e3o ao Porto de Paranagu\u00e1. O tra\u00e7ado em Mato Grosso do Sul, a partir de Maracaju, deve incluir os munic\u00edpios de Itapor\u00e3, Dourados, Caarap\u00f3, Amambai, Iguatemi, Eldorado e Mundo Novo.<\/p>\n<p><em>(\u00c9der
