Segundo o parlamentar, que foi candidato a prefeito este ano e defendeu essa proposta, a medida atende as reivindica\u00e7\u00f5es feitas pela popula\u00e7\u00e3o durante a elei\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;O congelamento do IPTU n\u00e3o s\u00f3 era poss\u00edvel como necess\u00e1rio tendo em vista os reajustes abusivos promovidos pela gest\u00e3o que est\u00e1 se encerrando. Entendo que a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o dessa medida, independente das inten\u00e7\u00f5es dos vereadores que a aprovaram, atende a um anseio da sociedade campo-grandense&#8221;, afirmou.<\/p>\n<p>Para o deputado, embora o congelamento represente menos recursos para 2013, o impacto da medida n\u00e3o \u00e9 grande e pode ser contornado pelo prefeito eleito Alcides Bernal (PP). &#8220;O Alcides pode fazer do lim\u00e3o uma limonada porque esses 5% que n\u00e3o foram reajustados corresponderiam a um pouco mais de R$ 10 milh\u00f5es num or\u00e7amento que \u00e9 de R$ 2,7 bilh\u00f5es, ou seja, somente 0,37% do montante. Com alguns ajustes e otimiza\u00e7\u00f5es nos gastos da Prefeitura tenho certeza que essa verba n\u00e3o far\u00e1 falta. Al\u00e9m disso, o valor congelado pode permitir at\u00e9 mesmo que se tenha um \u00edndice de adimpl\u00eancia maior&#8221;, explicou.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11px;\">(\u00c9der Yanaguita
