A afirma\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 do deputado federal Vander Loubet (PT-MS), que considera a legalidade da proposta um avan\u00e7o para a pol\u00edtica.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;A decis\u00e3o do STF pela constitucionalidade da Ficha Limpa \u00e9 um avan\u00e7o para a democracia e a pol\u00edtica do Pa\u00eds, pois valoriza a \u00e9tica e exige lisura no exerc\u00edcio da pol\u00edtica&#8221;, destacou Vander. O parlamentar ainda completa que a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o da lei, apesar de muito importante, n\u00e3o pode ser vista como a solu\u00e7\u00e3o para todos os problemas. &#8220;Mais do que nunca, os partidos ter\u00e3o que se preocupar com os antecedentes de seus representantes, o que deve garantir um filtro na escolha dos candidatos. A popula\u00e7\u00e3o certamente se beneficiar\u00e1 disso. Mas a maior arma no combate aos candidatos com ficha suja continua sendo a escolha consciente do eleitor&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>A decis\u00e3o do Supremo, tomada na \u00faltima quinta-feira (16), torna ineleg\u00edveis, por oito anos, pol\u00edticos que renunciaram ao mandato para fugir de processo de cassa\u00e7\u00e3o e os condenados por \u00f3rg\u00e3o colegiado, independentemente de o caso ter
