A Secretaria de Aten\u00e7\u00e3o Especializada \u00e0 Sa\u00fade (Saes) do Minist\u00e9rio da Sa\u00fade comunicou o deputado federal Vander Loubet na manh\u00e3 desta sexta-feira (29) a disponibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de 20 ambul\u00e2ncias do Servi\u00e7o de Atendimento M\u00f3vel de Urg\u00eancia (Samu 192) para 12 munic\u00edpios de Mato Grosso do Sul.<\/p>\n

Os ve\u00edculos ser\u00e3o entregues na cidade de Salto (SP), onde fica a empresa respons\u00e1vel pela adapta\u00e7\u00e3o das ambul\u00e2ncias, e foram viabilizados pelo deputado por meio do Novo Programa de Acelera\u00e7\u00e3o do Crescimento (Novo PAC) do governo do presidente Lula.<\/p>\n

“O governo Lula est\u00e1 renovando 70% da frota do Samu em todo o Brasil. At\u00e9 o final deste ano v\u00e3o ser entregues 2 mil novos ve\u00edculos e nessa etapa de entrega – que \u00e9 a 2\u00aa – conseguimos contemplar 12 munic\u00edpios do nosso estado. \u00c9 um refor\u00e7o importante para o atendimento em sa\u00fade prestado pelas prefeituras \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o, o que mostra o compromisso do nosso governo com essa \u00e1rea”, destacou Vander.<\/p>\n

Os munic\u00edpios beneficiados nessa etapa da entrega de ambul\u00e2ncias s\u00e3o: Aquidauana (1 ve\u00edculo), Campo Grande (6), Corumb\u00e1 (3), Coxim (1), Dourados (1), Navira\u00ed (1), Nova Andradina (1), Ribas do Rio Pardo (1), S\u00e3o Gabriel do Oeste (1), Sidrol\u00e2ndia (1), Terenos (1) e Tr\u00eas Lagoas (2).<\/p>\n

Cada ambul\u00e2ncia do Samu entregue pelo Governo Federal est\u00e1 avaliada em cerca de R$ 324 mil.<\/p>\n

Em julho, na 1\u00aa etapa de entrega, a ministra da Sa\u00fade, N\u00edsia Trindade, recordou que a frota do Samu n\u00e3o passou por nenhuma renova\u00e7\u00e3o no governo anterior. “H\u00e1 ambul\u00e2ncias com mais de dez anos de uso”, afirmou. A ministra disse ainda que o objetivo do governo Lula \u00e9 levar o atendimento do Samu a todas as cidades brasileiras at\u00e9 2026.<\/p>\n

O Servi\u00e7o de Atendimento M\u00f3vel de Urg\u00eancia \u00e9 um dos componentes da Pol\u00edtica Nacional de Aten\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s Urg\u00eancias do Minist\u00e9rio da Sa\u00fade. O servi\u00e7o pode ser acessado pelo n\u00famero “192”, que oferece orienta\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o e envia ve\u00edculos tripulados por equipes especializadas.<\/p>\n

Em 2023, o Minist\u00e9rio da Sa\u00fade ampliou em 30% os valores repassados para custeio do Samu, o que representa um incremento de R$ 396 milh\u00f5es por ano. Com o reajuste, o total destinado ao servi\u00e7o passou de R$ 1,3 bilh\u00e3o para R$1,7 bilh\u00e3o. O aumento minimizou a sobrecarga nos munic\u00edpios, uma forma de incentivar a universaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do servi\u00e7o, que desde 2013 n\u00e3o recebiam atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o nos valores de custeio.<\/p>\n

O governo federal, na gest\u00e3o do presidente Lula, est\u00e1 investindo um total R$ 30,5 bilh\u00f5es na sa\u00fade por meio do Novo PAC, sendo R$ 11,6 bilh\u00f5es na etapa atual de formaliza\u00e7\u00e3o. A maior parcela dos recursos est\u00e1 voltada ao enfrentamento de gargalos hist\u00f3ricos na aten\u00e7\u00e3o prim\u00e1ria e especializada, como o aumento de Unidades B\u00e1sicas de Sa\u00fade, maternidades, policl\u00ednicas e Centros de Aten\u00e7\u00e3o Psicossocial.<\/p>\n

Somente no Samu, R$ 770 milh\u00f5es ser\u00e3o investidos at\u00e9 2026, com prioridade para as regi\u00f5es de maior vulnerabilidade social. Ser\u00e3o 850 novos ve\u00edculos para expandir o servi\u00e7o em todo o Brasil, al\u00e9m de 14 novas Centrais de Regula\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n
