PEC 84\/2014 foi promulgada por Dilma com apoio de Vander<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

O deputado federal Vander Loubet comemorou hoje (14) o repasse de R$ 3,99 bilh\u00f5es aos munic\u00edpios brasileiros por meio do Fundo de Participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Munic\u00edpios (FPM). Os recursos est\u00e3o sendo depositados nesta sexta-feira aos 5.570 munic\u00edpios do pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n

Esse repasse \u00e9 resultado de negocia\u00e7\u00f5es realizadas entre prefeitos e o governo da ex-presidenta Dilma Rousseff no ano de 2014. Houve a promulga\u00e7\u00e3o da PEC 84\/2014, ocasi\u00e3o na qual foi elevado em 1% os repasses do FPM e escolhido o m\u00eas de julho para o dep\u00f3sito aos munic\u00edpios.<\/p>\n

Para Vander, a luta municipalista \u00e9 importante para a expans\u00e3o e melhoria da presta\u00e7\u00e3o dos servi\u00e7os p\u00fablicos \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o. “Por conta do momento dif\u00edcil que o pa\u00eds atravessa, com a queda das receitas, a destina\u00e7\u00e3o de mais recursos \u00e9 muito importante para que os munic\u00edpios possam ter mais condi\u00e7\u00f5es de honrar seus compromissos ou investir um pouco mais em \u00e1reas como sa\u00fade, educa\u00e7\u00e3o e infraestrutura”, completou Vander.<\/p>\n

A PEC 84\/2014 alterou o art. 159 da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal e elevou o percentual do produto da arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o de Imposto de Renda (IR) e Imposto sobre Produtos Industrializados (IPI) repassados pela Uni\u00e3o para o FPM. Cerca de 70% munic\u00edpios brasileiros tem no FPM sua principal fonte de receita.<\/p>\n

De acordo com dados da Confedera\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional de Munic\u00edpios (CNM), as 79 prefeituras de Mato Grosso do Sul deve receber hoje um total de R$ 59,7 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n
