{"id":1193,"date":"2010-05-26T10:37:17","date_gmt":"2010-05-26T14:37:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.deputadovander.com.br\/website\/?p=1193"},"modified":"2010-05-26T10:37:17","modified_gmt":"2010-05-26T14:37:17","slug":"projeto-de-lei-de-vander-isenta-de-ipi-veiculos-para-auto-escolas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vanderloubet.com.br\/deputado\/projeto-de-lei-de-vander-isenta-de-ipi-veiculos-para-auto-escolas\/","title":{"rendered":"Projeto de Lei de Vander isenta de IPI ve\u00edculos para autoescolas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<figure id=\"attachment_1194\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1194\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/deputadovander.com.br\/website\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/05\/foto-2010-05-26-vander-autoescolas1.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1194 \" title=\"foto-2010-05-26-vander-autoescolas\" src=\"http:\/\/www.deputadovander.com.br\/website\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/05\/foto-2010-05-26-vander-autoescolas-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"Deputado Vander (clique para ampliar)\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1194\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Deputado Vander (clique para ampliar)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>No dia 12 de maio o deputado federal Vander Loubet (PT-MS) apresentou no plen\u00e1rio da C\u00e2mara o <a title=\"Link\" href=\"http:\/\/www.camara.gov.br\/internet\/sileg\/Prop_Detalhe.asp?id=476806\" target=\"_blank\">Projeto de Lei n\u00ba 7315\/2010<\/a>, que isenta do Imposto sobre Produtos Industrializados (IPI) os ve\u00edculos adquiridos pelos Centros de Forma\u00e7\u00e3o de Condutores (CFCs).<\/p>\n<p>Na segunda-feira (24), a Mesa Diretora da C\u00e2mara determinou que o PL de Vander fosse apensado* ao <a title=\"Link\" href=\"http:\/\/www.camara.gov.br\/internet\/sileg\/Prop_Detalhe.asp?id=294108\" target=\"_blank\">PL-5651\/2005<\/a>, do deputado Jo\u00e3o Pizzolatti (PP-SC), que prev\u00ea o acr\u00e9scimo de um inciso em prol das autoescolas ao artigo 1\u00ba da Lei n\u00ba 8.989, de 24 de fevereiro de 1995, que trata justamente da isen\u00e7\u00e3o do IPI na aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de autom\u00f3veis para utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o no transporte aut\u00f4nomo de passageiros, bem como por pessoas portadoras de defici\u00eancia f\u00edsica. O projeto agora segue para an\u00e1lise das comiss\u00f5es da C\u00e2mara.<\/p>\n<p>Para o deputado Vander, a medida \u00e9 importante para ajudar os CFCs a renovar suas frotas, oferecendo aos alunos veiculos com toda a seguran\u00e7a necess\u00e1ria para o bom aprendizado. &#8220;Para obte o benef\u00edcio, bastar\u00e1 apenas que a autoescola esteja em situa\u00e7\u00e3o regular perante os \u00f3rg\u00e3os competentes e que os ve\u00edculos sejam destinados exclusivamente para as atividades de aprendizagem&#8221;, destaca o parlamentar.<\/p>\n<p><em>*Apensa\u00e7\u00e3o = \u00c9 a tramita\u00e7\u00e3o em conjunto. Propostas semelhantes s\u00e3o apensadas (juntadas) ao projeto mais antigo. Se um dos projetos semelhantes j\u00e1 tiver sido aprovado pelo Senado, este encabe\u00e7a a lista, tendo prioridade sobre os da C\u00e2mara. O relator d\u00e1 um parecer \u00fanico, mas precisa se pronunciar sobre todos. Quando aprova mais de um projeto apensado, o relator faz um substitutivo ao projeto original.
